BlueSky Wellness offers individual and family therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults. This includes clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and psychotherapeutic intervention. At BlueSky Wellness, we have many years of diverse experience and training providing services to people of varying backgrounds and needs. Our approach is one of comfort and support during difficult times, taking the time to listen and learn about your goals, where together we will develop a plan to achieve them.

Our work can be situation specific until the issue is managed effectively, or longer term work where we can explore further to make deeper change. Remember too... therapy isn't just for problems, it's about beginning to invest in our emotional health, well being, and development.​
